As an authorised representative, you can limit or change the authorisations of users within your organisation. This action can be performed to limit access of a user to a smaller number of services, or to grant access to multiple services.
Granting Access to New Services
eHerkenning PROBAS can expand to include new service providers in the future. All users are automatically granted access to new services that are connected to eHerkenning PROBAS. It is recommended to routinely review the authorisations of users to ensure access to services is only granted to authorised individuals.
How to change a user's authorisations
- Go to the Self Service Portal and log in;
- Select your organisation;
- Select 'Employees';
- Select the user in question;
- Select 'Review';
- Select 'eHerkenning'.
You can now adjust the authorisations of a user by selecting the appropriate services.
To locate a specific service:
- Select 'Alle Services'
- Type in the name of the service in the search bar
- Select 'Remove' next to the selected service.
